“Check in was easy, room was clean and modern. Staff was courteous and helpful. Quiet pleasant stay! Only negative is parking is not really close to entry.”

“Pictures appear much nicer than actual property. Office had a bad odor as we checked in and found the rooms were also horribly smelling. No fans in bathroom and looks like dispensers were ripped completely out of the wall. Rooms are run down with ceiling and wall paint chipping. Door very hard to secure. Toilet and shower were old stained. More like a Room for hourly rent...if you know what i mean. Terribly disappointed in expedia for even allowing them on their web site. Not worth the money...

“Front desk staff was pleasant on arrival. We were assigned a room that the outside door lock could not be operated with a key card. It was nearly at the opposite corner of the building from the only operating exterior door into the lobby (mind you it was single digits with -20 wind chill). Staff then said that the outside door did not work. Would’ve been nice to know. We were then assigned a different room a couple of doors down that had a trick to close the outside door. “Not worth the price of the room”

“All the above were lacking. Room see me ed clean. No kleenix and no glasses. TV was sparatic. Looks was never open.”

“We felt like we were at home. The living room is spacious and comfortable. Having a washer/dryer made the stay extremely convenient. We will definitely be back. ”

“The rooms were very clean and nice. We tried to used the indoor pool, but the water was way too cold. Excellent breakfast in the morning.”

“On our second night we called down to the front desk become a couole of families were screaming and slammind doors. They said that they would ensure it stops by 9pm, that's late for some of us. It continued and started again by 5 am the next morning so we got up and left, way too early. Then I got a text that they were charging me $15 extra dollars for make-up stained hand towels. How could they know they were stained, they hadn't been washed? Just not a good experience along with zero sleep...

“Light bulbs out, shower walls had hair on them, tub needed calking all around the wall as visible gaps were visible, bath mirror lights had rust on them; bed comforter had a big brown stain on it, breakfast needs more healthy options, front desk staff seemed bothered to assist guests as they had their feet up on desk and headphones around their neck - very unprofessional”
